This policy explains what data about you we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we process

We never ask for or store your seed phrase or private keys. If anyone asks for them on behalf of Evolve, it's a scam.
If you connect an exchange, you do it with a read-only API key. We use it only to read your balances.
Why we use your data
- To give you access to your account, the course and the tool.
- To send you the free guide and premiere reminders.
- To show you the features available in your country, in your language and currency.
- To record your purchases, access and refunds.
- To answer your questions with Ask Evolve and to moderate the chat.
- To keep Evolve secure and improve the product.
We don't sell your data.
Artificial intelligence
When you use Ask Evolve or the premiere chat assistant, your question is sent to an AI inference provider to generate the answer. We keep questions and answers to review quality and enforce our rules. Avoid writing sensitive data in the chat.

If you came through an authorised reseller, that reseller may know that you signed up or bought through them.
Some of these providers may process your data outside your country. We may also share data when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to Evolve Campus and Evolve Pro. Without it you can't sign in.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data while you have an account and for as long as the law requires. If your license ends, we keep your data so you don't lose your history. You can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the personal data protection law applicable in Mexico and Colombia, you can:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Rectify it if it's wrong.
- Cancel it or ask us to delete it.
- Object to certain uses.
- Revoke your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to hola@evolvecampus.com from your account email and tell us what you need. We may ask for information to confirm your identity.
Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is perfect, which is why we never ask for data that could move your money.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is important, we'll let you know by email or in the app. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
