These terms explain how Evolve works and what we expect from you when you use it. Take your time reading them. If you don't agree with them, don't use Evolve.

What Evolve is
Evolve is an education product about protecting your money in digital dollars (stablecoins). It has two parts:
- Evolve Campus: courses, recorded premieres, lessons, PDFs and quizzes.
- Evolve Pro: a read-only tool to check risks, see your positions and understand your options. It includes modules such as Lupa, Tracker, Rampa and Ask Evolve.
The course is so you understand. The tool is so you carry out your own decisions.
What Evolve doesn't do
- No custody. Evolve never holds your funds or private keys and never executes transactions for you. You add wallets by public address only. You connect exchanges with read-only API keys only.
- No advice or signals. Nothing in Evolve tells you to buy, sell, enter or exit anything. You set your rules and you decide. Evolve evaluates, explains and alerts.
- No return promises. The historical data we show is not a projection.
We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. If anyone asks for them on behalf of Evolve, it's a scam.

Your account
- You sign in with a magic link we send by email. Keep your email secure, because whoever controls it can access your account.
- Your account is personal. Don't share it with anyone.
- You must give us accurate information, including your country, because it determines which features are available to you.
Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are the same in every country.

Only two things are free: the guide "10 signs it's a scam", which you get when you leave your email, and the monthly premiere "Anatomy of a Scam", a recorded session. The Evolve Pro app and the Evolve Program have no free version.
Until 31 December 2026, the Evolve Program is offered as part of Evolve Pro Lifetime. Evolve Pro Lifetime buyers join the next cohort.
Program weeks open when your cohort's date arrives and you pass the previous week's quiz. Course progress doesn't open or close any Evolve Pro features.
Lifetime license
Evolve Pro Lifetime is a single-payment license on these terms:
- What it covers: the Evolve Pro modules available on the date of your purchase (Lupa, Token Lab, Tracker, Rampa, Radar, Strategy Builder, Rules and alerts, Tax, Ask Evolve, Your Evolve Brief and My policy), with their updates and fixes, for as long as Evolve operates the Evolve Pro service. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the service, not of a person.
- What it doesn't cover: modules or add-ons we launch after your purchase. They are sold separately.
- AI fair use: AI features, such as Ask Evolve, have fair-use monthly limits that reset on the 1st of each month. The limits and your usage are shown in the app, in Settings, under Usage.
- Personal and non-transferable: the license is tied to a single account. It can't be sold, assigned or shared.
- Country: the features available still depend on your country, as explained in "Availability by country".
- Refunds: the refund policy in these terms applies.
Payments
Payments are processed by our checkout provider. Depending on your country, it may offer local payment methods and installments. The provider sets the conditions for those methods.
Subscription renewal
The Evolve Pro subscription is charged monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose. If a payment fails or the subscription ends, your access to the app pauses and we keep your data: we don't delete it for that reason, and you get it back if you subscribe again. The same happens when your 6 graduate months of Evolve Pro end. The lifetime license doesn't renew and has no recurring charges.
License keys
You can also get access with a license key (redemption code) bought from an authorised reseller, which you redeem at evolvecampus.com/redeem. It's the same product as the one sold on the website. Each key is single-use and tied to one account. Only authorised resellers may resell keys.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or until the week 2 premiere of the program, whichever comes first. For products without weekly premieres, the 14-day window applies.
To request one, write to hola@evolvecampus.com from your account email. A person on our team will review your request. Refunds go back to the original payment method through the checkout provider. If you bought a code from an authorised seller, ask that seller for the refund: the code is revoked and access ends.
Recorded premieres
Premieres are recorded sessions streamed at a set time so you can watch them as a group with chat. They are not live sessions and are never presented as live.
Artificial intelligence
Evolve uses AI models to answer questions in Ask Evolve and in the premiere chat assistant. AI can make mistakes. Its answers are educational, they are not advice, and you should check important information before you decide.
Availability by country
Evolve's availability varies by country. Some features are hidden where they are not allowed or not ready. We may change which features we offer in each country.
Acceptable use
When you use Evolve you agree to:
- Not share your account or your redemption codes.
- Not resell access or codes unless you are an authorised reseller.
- Not extract content or data by automated means (scraping).
- Not harass, insult or spam others in the chat or the community.
- Not use Evolve to deceive other people.
We may moderate the chat, remove messages and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Content and intellectual property
The courses, videos, PDFs, texts and the tool belong to Valenor CORE DESIGN FZCO or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them while you have access. You may not copy, distribute or sell them.
Liability
Evolve is education and a read-only tool. Decisions about your money are yours. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for losses from decisions you make, errors in third-party data or AI answers.
We do our best to keep Evolve working well, but there may be interruptions or errors.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll let you know by email or in the app. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the rights your country's consumer protection law gives you.
